Accra – Reports reaching GhanaReporters indicate that Member of Parliament for Assin North, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, has been hauled before an Accra High Court on Charges of ‘terrorism’.
We understand that proceedings are ongoing. (As at 1:00 pm)
Mr Agyapong had earlier today been granted bail by a Human Rights Court in Accra on health grounds.
The Assin North MP has now faces four counts of treason, treason felony, genocide, and terrorism.
